3. Maintenance content and method
3.1 Daily maintenance (the production line operator completes it every day)
3.1.1 Confirmation of each pressure gauge
Confirm whether the display value of each pressure gauge is 0.40-0.45MPa.
3.1.2 Cleaning the component ejection box
Clean the component discharge box with a rag and alcohol, and dispose of the discharged materials correctly.
3.2 week maintenance
3.2.1 Cleaning of substrate conveyor belt
Use rags and alcohol to clean the substrate support table at the substrate transfer position
3.2.2 Cleaning of the overall exchange trolley
Use a rag and alcohol to clean the feeder mounting surface of the overall exchange trolley and the empty tape.
3.2.3 Linear camera cleaning
Clean the glass cover and lens glass cover of the linear camera with dust-free paper.
3.2.4 Cleaning the nozzle seat
Use cotton swabs and alcohol to clean the nozzle buffer spring, clamp jaw pressing spring, clamp jaw, filter, nozzle holder shaft, etc.
3.2.5 Checking the vacuum solenoid valve of the transplanting nozzle and the Z-axis motor
Check whether the vacuum solenoid valve on the transplanting tip and the Z-axis motor are operating normally.
3.3 months warranty
3.3.1 Clean and grease the XY device
Clean the X-axis and Y-axis linear bearings and inject grease.
3.3.2 Cleaning the substrate conveyor belt and injecting grease
Clean the width adjustment ball screw and the width adjustment linear axis, and inject grease.
Check the substrate conveying belt and pulley, and clean the substrate detection sensor.
3.3.3 Inspection of the overall exchange trolley
Check the lift solenoid valve of the overall exchange trolley
